Hello,

I am writing a short update to explain why there is some delay in the shipping.

First of all, I want to apologize for such a delay.

Running a company is tough. We celebrated the 11th birthday for Megara at the end of 2018.

However, the company currently has some financial problems at the moment.

In the past years, we invested to create a video game (Champions of Megara, you can find the alpha demo video on the public Facebook page), but we could only create the alpha and I was not successful to find the remaining 50k euros to be able to complete the beta stage and release the game on Steam.

The revenues of this digital game were supposed to help Megara produce more gamebooks, hire some packaging and shipping staff and so on.

Unfortunately until we complete that game development, we have no revenues from it. On another front, we didn't run any crowdfunding campaign for almost a year now, because I wanted to catch up with the delays of some of our past campaigns.

I feel still committed to deliver all the backers of their rewards. However, there is another problem, I am now alone and I must do everything in the company.

To make things worse, I was not able to find some investors to invest against shares so far this month and we have some deadlines with some urgent invoices, bills and taxes.

I have to find money to pay all this very soon. In other words, if I don't find any new investor soon, there is a possibility that Megara will close down in the next months.

To be perfectly transparent, I have to find, in the coming weeks :

- 3000 euros to pay the 2018 end of year taxes

- 3500 euros to pay the Accounting company for last year's accounting

- 3000 euros to pay the admin costs (office rent, electricity, internet, insurance...) for January and February 2019 (1500 per month)

And a bit of additional money for my salary for the two months in question. Otherwise I'll have to work for free...

Therefore, I need to find a new investor (individual or company) in Megara for around 10k (against shares) in this beginning of 2019. Please contact me at contact@megara-entertainment if you can help. If I manage to find such investment, I will gladly resume the shipping of the remaining books I need to ship.

Otherwise, I fear that I will have to shut down the company before the spring...
